HOW A CAINDIRECT ARRANGEMENT BEGINS
Start with a consultation - no obligation
Every new CainDirect arrangement begins with a short consultation call, usually 15 to 20 minutes. It is not a sales call. It is a conversation with Andrew to understand what you need, how you work, and whether CainDirect is the right fit. There are no forms, no automated quotes, and no pressure.
In the consultation, Andrew will ask about your typical requirements, what you send, how often, where it needs to go, and what matters most to you about how it's handled. From there, he'll explain which plan suits your situation and what a tailored arrangement would look like in practice. If it's not the right fit, he'll say so.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CONSULTATION
From first call to first job

Your requirements agreed
Collection preferences, handover requirements, preferred communication method, any recurring routes, errand requirements , and Standing Arrangement cadence where applicable are discussed and confirmed. For health logistics clients, handover procedures and care home or surgery-specific requirements are established at this stage.

Your plan is confirmed
Standard for ad-hoc work. Partnership or Partnership Plus for regular arrangements, with Reserved Time Slots, priority availability, and concierge errand access built in. Health logistics clients are set up on the appropriate Health Logistics plan, independently of any courier arrangement.

The first job runs
From the first job, the service runs to the preferences agreed in the consultation, there is no settling-in period or trial run. Andrew already knows your requirements, your contacts, and your standards. The arrangement improves with use as he learns your routes and preferences in practice.
