Dedicated, direct same-day delivery for Lincolnshire businesses, arranged entirely around your requirements. Every collection time, handover preference, and named contact agreed before work begins. No shared vehicle, no depot, no driver changes.

Business Concierge

Operational task and errand support for businesses that need more than a point-to-point delivery. All work handled personally by Andrew to the same white-glove standard as every courier job.

  • Key collections and returns - collecting from one party and delivering to another, or holding until required

  • Property access and handovers - attending a property to meet a surveyor, contractor, or utilities engineer when you can't be there

  • Waiting for a contractor - Andrew attends, waits on site, and confirms completion before leaving

  • Pre-meeting delivery - materials, samples, or documents delivered to a venue before your client arrives

  • Post-meeting retrieval - collecting display materials, equipment, or paperwork left at a venue after an event

  • Delivering items to a client on your behalf - white-glove, professionally handled, with proof of delivery

  • Supplier and trade counter collections - collecting ordered goods when your staff can't leave site

  • Urgent purchases and same-day retrievals - where agreed at booking, subject to float and handling charge terms

  • Returning items - to a supplier, client, or third party, same day

  • Wet-signature document runs - collecting a document requiring signature and returning it the same day

  • Multi-stop runs - where stops involve a blend of courier and concierge activity across multiple addresses

Reserved Time Slots, Standing Arrangements, and Reserved Capacity - in detail

Partnership and Partnership Plus plans support the day-to-day routines, recurring tasks, and processes that keep your business running smoothly, without needing to be re-explained. Andrew learns your contacts, sites, and preferences until the arrangement needs minimal instruction. Three capabilities make that possible, each available across courier and Business Concierge work.

BOOKING TYPE

Reserved Time Slots

Rather than an open collection window, a Reserved Time Slot holds a specific time exclusively for your job. Andrew arrives at the agreed time, not within a window. Included at no uplift for Partnership and Partnership Plus clients, so predictability doesn't cost more. Useful where collections are time-sensitive: legal completions, supplier cut-offs, site access windows.

RELATIONSHIP MODEL

Standing Arrangements

A recurring slot at a fixed cadence: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, guaranteed at the same time, every time. Over time Andrew learns your contacts, routes, handover preferences, and site-specific requirements until the arrangement runs with minimal instruction from you. The longer it runs, the more efficient and intuitive it becomes.

 

Example: a Lincoln estate agency runs a daily key collection round across four branches. One call to set it up, it now runs without instruction.

EXCLUSIVE COMMITMENT

Reserved Capacity

Andrew held exclusively for a half-day (£120.00) or full day (£200.00), no other clients served, no other jobs accepted during the reserved period. The reservation fee covers all time within the block; no base charge per job, no errand time charge. Mileage billed at your plan rate.

 

Example: a Lincoln conveyancing firm blocks a half-day on completion days, Andrew handles every document run that morning, whatever comes in. Available to Partnership and Partnership Plus clients only.
