Hi, I'm Andrew
I started my career at Apple at Harrods, one of the most exacting retail environments in the world for customer experience, before moving through a London Apple Business Centre to a large Apple Reseller, where I spent 27 years as a technical pre-sales consultant working directly with business clients across the UK. I was field-based for most of that time, which means my career was built on being in front of clients, understanding their requirements, and making sure what was delivered matched what was promised.
Thirty years in the Apple reseller channel instilled something that is hard to unlearn: that how something is delivered matters as much as what is delivered. That principle runs through everything Apple does, and it is the foundation of CainDirect. Not a courier with premium branding, but a service built from the ground up around the standards that define the best client experiences anywhere.
I built CainDirect to apply those principles to logistics, a sector that, in my view, has largely forgotten them. I work with a small number of clients, and I intend to keep it that way.
