What's Included Across Each Plan
CainDirect operates two independent service models - a Courier & Concierge model with three plans, and a separate Health Logistics model with three plans. The tables below show exactly what is and is not included in each. For pricing and billing terms, see the Service Terms page.
AT A GLANCE
The Standard Plan is designed for ad-hoc, bespoke courier use, no commitment required. The Partnership Plan suits businesses with regular requirements who want priority booking, reserved time slots, and access to the concierge errand service. Partnership Plus is for businesses needing scheduled, predictable support at the highest priority level with multiple reserved slots per week and the full concierge service.
The Health Logistics model operates independently of the courier plans. GP practices, care homes, and pharmacies can hold a Health Logistics Standard, Partnership, or Partnership Plus position with no courier arrangement required. See below for the Health Logistics scope tables.
STANDARD PLAN - SERVICE SCOPE
Standard
Ad-hoc, pay-per-job. No minimum commitment. Bespoke courier service. Concierge errand element not included.

Partnership
For regular business clients. Minimum 4 jobs per month. Priority access, reserved time slots, and concierge errand support included.

Every CainDirect plan is built on the same foundation: a dedicated vehicle, a single named operator (Andrew Cain) from collection to handover, white-glove handling throughout, and full Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance on every job. These are not premium add-ons, they are the baseline of the service.

Health Logistics Standard
Pay-per-job. No monthly minimum. Open to any healthcare provider or patient, no prior arrangement required.

£120.00 monthly minimum in time charges. Agreed weekly delivery slot. Priority booking over Standard.

All health logistics jobs are handled personally by Andrew Cain - DBS checked, fully insured. Sealed, dispensed, non-regulated prescription items and clinical documentation only. Controlled drugs, temperature-controlled medications, biological samples, and hazardous materials are not transported. No courier plan required to access health logistics services. Clients may hold a position on both a courier plan and a health logistics plan independently.
