The CainDirect Standard Plan is designed for ad-hoc, same-day courier requirements where flexibility is preferred over guaranteed availability. All services are owner-operated and capacity-managed, with each job handled personally from collection through to handover.

Where a reserved collection time slot is booked, the base charge (£35) plus the reserved collection time slot uplift (£5) is billed immediately. Any remaining charges, including mileage, waiting time or additional services, are payable immediately on completion.

Mileage is calculated using Google Maps. Where multiple reasonable route options exist, the average distance will be used.

Business Errands Terms Summary
CainDirect provides a business errand service to support time-critical, local tasks that fall outside standard point-to-point courier work. Errands are delivered on a same-day basis and are intended to provide structured, professional support rather than open-ended or high-volume task fulfilment.
The errand service is owner-operated and capacity-managed, with each task handled personally from start to completion. Errands are offered exclusively to Partnership and Partnership Plus customers.

CainDirect reserves the right to decline errands that are unsafe, impractical, outside scope, or not suitable for same-day completion.
