How does a bespoke courier arrangement actually work?
It starts with a short consultation, a conversation with Andrew to understand how your business operates and what it needs from a courier service. From there, collection preferences, handover requirements, recurring routes, and communication preferences are agreed and built into the arrangement. The service then runs around those agreements, without needing to re-establish them on every job.
What is the difference between Standard and Partnership plans?
The Standard Plan is available for ad-hoc use with no ongoing commitment, you call when you need a delivery and Andrew will collect and deliver if he is available. Partnership and Partnership Plus plans are for businesses with regular requirements. They provide structured pricing, priority availability, reserved time slots, and access to the concierge errand service. The bespoke arrangement is most fully expressed through Partnership.
Can you handle both courier work and errands for the same client?
Yes. Concierge errand support - supplier collections, multi-stop runs, urgent purchases, and operational tasks - is available to Partnership and Partnership Plus clients alongside the courier service. All errand work is handled to the same white-glove standard as every courier job, plus mileage at the client's plan rate.
How do I book a one-off delivery?
Contact Andrew directly by phone or WhatsApp on 07795 504 739. Standard Plan jobs are available subject to capacity. For urgent requirements, calling directly is always faster than any other contact method.
Is there a minimum job size?
Yes. A minimum of 5 loaded miles applies to every job. For Standard Plan clients, the minimum job cost is £50.75, the base charge of £42.50 plus 5 miles at £1.65 per mile.
What areas does the bespoke courier service cover?
The core service area covers Lincoln and the wider Lincolnshire area including Sleaford, Grantham, and Newark-on-Trent, with wider Lincolnshire coverage available. Regional routes to Nottingham, Peterborough, Sheffield, and Doncaster are available within the working day. Contact Andrew for specific coverage queries.
