Yes. Multi-home delivery runs are available and are a natural fit for pharmacies supporting several care homes in a geographic area. The run is structured efficiently, documented at each stop, and a single invoice issued covering the full session.

CainDirect has a separate Health Logistics pricing model for healthcare clients including care homes and the pharmacies that supply them. This operates independently of the standard courier plan structure, with Standard, Partnership, and Partnership Plus tiers based on monthly delivery volume rather than job counts. What happens if a resident is unable to receive their medication when Andrew arrives?
If a resident cannot receive their medication, Andrew contacts the commissioning pharmacy or GP practice immediately. No medication is left unattended. The alternative arrangement, whether a return visit or a handover to an authorised care home staff member, is agreed on the day according to the home's procedures.

Can you handle urgent deliveries outside normal scheduled run times?
