How quickly can CainDirect collect keys?
Collection timing depends on availability and distance. For Partnership clients with Reserved Time Slots, collection is guaranteed within the agreed window. For ad-hoc requests, contact Andrew directly on 07795 504 739, same-day collection is typically available within 1–3 hours depending on location.
How is key handover confirmed?
Proof of delivery is provided on every job, recipient name, time, and date. For key deliveries, Andrew obtains confirmation from the named recipient and notifies your office on completion.
What if a key needs to be returned after a viewing or contractor visit?
Return collection can be arranged as part of the same job. Collect and Return is a standard service. Full round-trip mileage applies, and proof of collection on return is provided.
Can we set up a regular arrangement for weekly key movements?
Yes. CainDirect's Partnership and Partnership Plus plans are designed for clients with regular requirements. A scheduled recurring arrangement is configured at the initial consultation, no need to book individual jobs each time.
Do you work outside standard office hours for completion day coverage?
