What if the supplier isn't ready when Andrew arrives?
Waiting time is charged at £7.50 per 15 minutes after the first free 15 minutes. Andrew stays on site until the parts are ready, there is no rescheduling or additional booking required.
Can you handle fragile or precision parts requiring careful transport?
Yes. White-glove handling is standard on every CainDirect job, not an upgrade. Precision components, delicate tooling, and prototype materials are treated with the appropriate level of care. If a specific handling requirement exists, this should be communicated at the point of booking.
Is a regular arrangement possible for ongoing supply requirements?
Yes. Partnership and Partnership Plus plans are designed for businesses with regular requirements. A scheduled service arrangement, including reserved capacity for specific maintenance windows - can be configured at the initial consultation.
